Whoo-hoo! I just finished “Snakehead”, the latest Alex Rider book, and OMG, it was freaking awesome!!! I loved it!!!
I won’t tell you about it, except to say that he goes new places and it is FREAKING AWESOME!!!
Right, hyper, sorry.
Know what’s weird? I can still recognize people that werte in my freaking kindergarten class!!! And I’m almost in high school! The other day I was at this class-thing (hint: teaches you manners...tries to teach you manners...hey, I got Most Mannered Lady! But that was only bcuz I was the last girl to b picked to dance...). This new guy was there, and I though I recognized him...“It can’t be...” I thought. Then when he was dancing with my friend (and I was dancing with my invisible friend, Erik ;P ) I glanced at his nametag. And guess what?! It was the guy I thought it was—the guy I had a crush on in K and 1st grade! (his first name said “Anthony”. Anthony my ass! Back then he was called “Beau”! (which, just a note, is the masculine form of “Beautiful”, AKA “handsome” in French—and God, he lived up to his “name”!!! ;P ) His last name was the same, though (and believe me, it wasn’t the kind of name you could easily forget), so I was all like, “Beau (like I’m gonna tell you his last name! ;P )!” And he looked at me all “Huh?” like.
“Yes?”
“Oh, sorry, I was in your Kindergarten class back in the ancient days.”
“I don’t recognize you, sorry.”
“Didn’t think you would.”
Well, mlek! Come’on, I was that weird little girl that always hung out with him and Keaton! *tear*
LOL.
And then, later, we were doing this thing where we were learning how to pull in and out of our chairs at tables (when going to restaurants?) and there were five guys...and eleven girls...and I was on the end...so yea. Before, everyone would go in pairs, “double-dating” our “teacher” said. Well, in case u didn’t catch it, someone had to come back for lil ole me (as they had to do earlier), and guess who it was?
Yea, you guessed it, Beau.
So, he does the whole thing where I have to grab his elbow (daintily) and walk to the table (yea, no double-dating for us, huh?), I sit down and get “pushed” into the table, he goes around and sits across from me. Our teacher was all like, “I noticed you didn’t want to sit by your date!”
“Well,” Beau defended, “When you go on a date, you sit across from them if you want to talk them, and I will certainly talk to my date. Otherwise you’ll be having to look at them from the side the whole time.”
Our teacher said he was right, then suddenly said, “It must be your anniversary!” then she grabbed our hands so that he held my hand.
Wow, talk about awkward! I mean, come on, what the freaking hell?!?!?!
Hey, hey, at least he was cute...
And hey, yea no guy actually picked me to dance (all the girls had to get in a circle, then the guys would go and pick a girl, dance with her first, then switch to the next girl, etc.) first (I got real acquainted with Erik, lol), but at the end when the guys had to walk us back to our cars, the same guy who walked me out last time made sure he walked me out (well, I think he did. I mean, I wasn’t picked last this time—I was picked third to last! Like, he went out of order). He probably just did that, though, cause he knew I was pretty easy-going and wouldn’t make him open the car door for me or anything.
Hey, my exciting Friday night.
Watching “Julius Caesar” 1953 (could have sworn it was older) with Marlon Brando (*sigh* Gotta love him!) and James Mason (OMG, I love this guy! He’s, like my favorite actor EVER!!! Well, except John Wayne of course! Both of their voices are just the living end! Well, them and Frank Sinatra (‘Fly Me To The Moon’ is my fav!)...and Ewan McGregor...)
Lots of love, guys!
